Our construction teams are busier than ever, so we’ve decided to launch an industry-first training academy for excavator operators: the Dirt Art Academy. The Academy is an intensive two-week paid training course, where successful applicants will spend time with a number of our design, consulting, management construction team members in a structured theory and practical training camp. The aim of the academy is to train new excavator operators to join our construction projects across Australia. We will take 10 applicants in the first camp, with all applicants who successfully complete the camp offered full-time employment with us.
The camp will be held at Maydena Bike Park in Tasmania. Applications close on January 22nd, 2021.
All applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application on January 25th, 2021.
Camp will start on February 15th, 2021.
